Following the announcement in September, Google is allowing Workspace (work and education) users to access the Gemini app on Android and iOS.
In addition to gemini.google.com, Google Workspace customers can switch to their account on Android after downloading the shortcut, or install the new iPhone app (Gemini in the Google app does not support enterprise emails).
With the Gemini mobile app, users will be able to do research or find quick answers while on the go. They can also leverage the camera of the phone to take pictures of handwritten notes and export them into Google Docs or Gmail, or create presentation-ready visualizations of a chart that was drawn on a whiteboard
Some feathers are not available as of today, including the Google Workspace Gemini Extension (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Keep, and Tasks), file upload, and Gems. On Android, the Gemini app does not support Work Profile.
