Georgie Crawford has praised her husband Jamie for being the driving force behind her reaching a major career goal.
Georgie is the presenter of the popular The Good Glow podcast, as well as releasing a book last year.
Recently, the podcast made its way onto Aer Lingus flights, for anyone travelling on their planes to be able to listen to during their flight.

Speaking to RSVP Live, Georgie said that seeing her podcast on Aer Lingus planes was a "full circle" moment for her.
"When I first started my podcast, I was on an Aer Lingus flight in 2019 going to Chicago, and I was like why isn't The Good Glow here?" she said. "It should be here and it deserves to be here. We were trying to make it happen and then Covid came along and shut down the world for a couple of years, so that dream got put on hold.
"But in January, I said to my husband Jamie that I'm going to stop talking about this and actually do something about it. When you're manifesting something, you have to do the work to make it happen, you can't just think it up. We took the dream down off the cloud almost, and started putting it into action."
Georgie praised her husband as she admitted he was the driving force behind achieving their goal.
"Jamie gets all the credit for it," she gushed. "He did all the work, found the right people, had the right conversations. Then I had the awful task of picking my 10 favourite episodes to go on there!
"But it was a full circle moment then, because we went to Chicago recently, five years later, and there was The Good Glow on my flight to Chicago! I suppose it's a lesson in trusting the timing of your life, but also if you have a dream, do the work. How many people say, I wish I could write a book, there's a book in me. Start writing! Even when I had a book deal, I found it so hard to just begin. But as soon as I sat down at my laptop and typed the first paragraph, I was away."
Georgie is encouraging children to get involved in Specsavers' nationwide short story competition. The competition launched to help celebrate Specsavers’ sponsorship of the Junior and Senior Children's Book of the Year categories at the An Post Irish Book Awards 2024.
