Another iconic musician could be taking to the 2025 Glastonbury stage alongside the recently confirmed Rod Stewart

GMB: Ranvir announces Rod Stewart's Glastonbury return
A world-renowned musician is reportedly in discussions to perform at the next Glastonbury Festival, following a rumoured drop-out from this year's line-up.
Speculation is rife that Stevie Wonder could headline the Pyramid Stage at the five-day event on Worthy Farm next year.
It comes after reports the legendary singer-songwriter was close to performing at the festival over the summer.
If confirmed, it would be Stevie's first Glastonbury appearance in more than a decade, having previously headlined the festival's 40th birthday celebrations in 2010.
A source hinted at his potential return, telling The Sun: “There is now the chance he could come back next summer to headline the Pyramid Stage. Talks are ongoing.”

The source also addressed reports that the singer was scheduled to perform at this year's festival, reported the Mirror.
According to the source, organiser Emily Eavis was “so close” to securing Stevie for the 2024 festival, with his name even appearing on draft posters.
However, the deal “fell apart” due to scheduling issues. The insider described it as a “nightmare for everyone” involved, with Stevie said to be “gutted”.
Rod Stewart, 79, has already been confirmed to perform at Glastonbury next year, marking his return to the festival after a 20-year absence. He will take the "legends" stage slot on Sunday afternoon.

The rocker shared his excitement in a statement, saying: “I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that I'll be playing @glastofest 2025!
“After all these years, I'm proud and ready and more than able to take the stage again to pleasure and titillate my friends at Glastonbury in June [next year]. I'll see you there!”
Nile Rodgers, 72, revealed at the Rolling Stone Awards that he will also be taking the stage at the festival.
The iconic guitarist, who received the Global Icon Award, let slip that he will perform on the Pyramid Stage immediately after Rod's set on June 29. “We're going to have a blast because we follow him directly,” he said.
Although organisers have not officially announced Nile's appearance, he seemed amused by the oversight. “Am I not supposed to give that away?" he said. "I always say too much.”
As of now, Rod is the only confirmed act for Glastonbury 2025. Other speculated performers include Eminem and Rihanna.
