Fans hoping to grab some Glastonbury tickets were left seething with rage this morning, with thousands suffering the same glitch.
As part of this year's queue system, Glasto 2025 hopefuls are sent to a page with a green queue bar which shows their gradually shows their progression over time. However, despite logging in right at 9am, many were fuming as their position in the queue failed to change at all.
Flocking to X - formerly Twitter - to vent their frustration, one tweeted desperately: "Has anyone got #Glastonbury tickets yet? My green bits haven’t even moved?" While another fumed: "#Glastonbury 10 mins in. 3 computers, an iPad and a phone. AND STILL ONLY 2 BARS. How is this humanly possible. Asking for a friend." A thid lamented: "2 bar green of death AGAIN #Glastonbury."
While others were left heartbroken when they got through the queue - only for their number to be rejected. One commented: "i can’t bloody believe it I’m absolutely devastated. I got through the queue and then it told me my queue number was rejected. I am on one bloody device on one tab, what on earth could I have done wrong?!!!!! #Glastonbury @glastonbury @seetickets." Another wrote: "this #glastonbury system is totally messed up @seetickets - countless friends getting 'access denied'."
Some referred to the Oasis ticket nightmare back at the end of the summer, one one pointing out: "After the bin fire that was trying to get Oasis tickets, @seetickets and @glastonbury thought 'hold my beer, we can make this process much, much worse' #Glastonbury."
