GloRilla and Da’Vinchi are locked in love in the video for her song “I LUV HER” featuring T-Pain. The clip, directed by Benny Boom, finds the Memphis rapper and her beau enjoying a healthy relationship with all the romantic perks.
From dinner dates to having a baby, the on-screen couple have it all. Or do they? It appears the prosperous future was only a dream for them both, however, the depiction brings their imagined future closer to reality.
“I heard he get hard-on, b**ch, Sh*t, I made him fall in love with a savage/ It’s the fact that I’m hard on ni**as, But no lie, you makin’ me feel different,” raps the 25-year-old in the flirtatious track.
“I LUV HER” comes from the Grammy-nominated rapper’s debut album GLORIOUS issued earlier this year. Alongside T-Pain, Latto, Sexyy Red, Muni Long, Megan Thee Stallion, Kirk Franklin and more also join Big Glo in the effort.
“Last year, when I was first working on my album, I was just trying to make everything big, and I had to catch myself,” explained GloRilla. “I wanted to start reaching out to like, international artists, and make big-sounding songs, and the Memphis type of beats is what people like to hear from me.”
Additionally, the chart-topping rapper notched two Grammy nominations for her double platinum single “Yeah Glo!” in the Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance categories and earned her second Billboard Hot 100 top 10 song of her career as a feature on Tyler, The Creator’s “Sticky” which also features Lil Wayne and Sexyy Red.
