Gogglebox star Amy Tapper, 24, revealed that she’s hit a major milestone with her weight.
The reality TV personality shared a video on Instagram on Monday, revealing the news that she’d lost an impressive four stone. Amy announced that she was on a weight loss journey back in 2022, and has shared updates with fans to show off her success. In her most recent post, however, she hinted that she had some big news about her weight loss to share soon.
"Hit a huge milestone in my weight loss journey today and for the first time in my life I've lost four stone," Amy wrote on top of a video of her celebrating with her personal trainer.
The duo seemed to be at Amy’s home, and both wore workout clothes with yoga mats, weights, and an exercise bike visible in the background.
Amy then teased: "Been keeping quiet on my journey this time but will reveal all very soon. You mean more to me than you'll ever know,” she finished, tagging her trainer.

Channel 4)Amy previously revealed that she’s following the Muscle Food diet plan, alongside exercising three times a week with her PT.
On the plan, Amy's typical diet includes protein granola pots with fat free yogurt, curried noodles for lunch and pasta for dinner.
While she’s now hit the four stone mark, she told Closer that when she's lost six to eight stone she has big plans for herself.
"When I've dropped around 6-8st, I'll pose naked to celebrate! I'm not signing up to OnlyFans yet though... I don't think I'd get any subscribers. Sometimes you need to keep your private parts private!" she said.
The reality TV star has previously admitted that she'd struggled with her weight from a very young age.
Speaking to the Metro, she explained: "There was nothing specific because I’ve struggled with my weight since I was about eight-years-old... I’ve always tried every diet under the sun, I’ve done everything from shakes to this, to that…"
Amy, who made her debut on the Channel 4 show as a teenager in 2013, admitted that it was 'embarrassment' that motivated her to change her lifestyle.
"The hardest times were when I was made to feel embarrassed. Whenever I was on a plane I'd have to ask for an extension for my belt," Amy told the Daily Star.
She added: "When I went to Disney with my family, me and my dad had to sit in a different row on a ride because we needed bigger seats. When things like that happen it's horrible. It makes you feel like you're not normal."
Last year, Amy confessed she would often search her name on Twitter as Gogglebox aired, only to read nasty comments about herself online.
"My dad and I would both get nasty comments about our weight and I'd also get people criticising my voice for being too loud," she explained on social media in November.
"It was quite upsetting. There were people on Twitter calling us 'the fat family from Gogglebox' but my mum and my brother have never had any problems with their weight."
