Google Fi ends free Pixel Watch 3 LTE deal weeks early

Over the weekend, Google Fi subscribers could get the Pixel Watch 3 LTE for free, but the deal has now ended early. 

Originally, Google said the Pixel Watch 3 offer ends “January 7, 2025 at 9:59 AM PST or while supplies last.” 

As of last night, this deal is no longer available in the Fi Wireless store, while the terms and conditions page has been updated to say that “this promotion ended on 2024-11-19 18:10:00 PST.”

From reports we’ve seen, Google saw a lot of demand for this deal, with some later orders not arriving until well into December. That said, the first buyers have already received their watches. We can only assuming the demand was overwhelming.

Google Fi started by discounting the Pixel Watch 3 by $150 off, and then offering two ways to get a further $299.99 (41mm) or $349.99 (45mm) rebate:

• Pay $349.99 today at checkout: “If purchased without device financing, the full device price will be due at time of purchase and you will receive $349.99 back via 24 monthly credits.”
• Pay $0/mo for 24 months: “If purchased with device financing, the device payments will be discounted via 24 monthly credits equaling $349.99 in total value.” 

Most took advantage of the latter where they just paid the tax, though a credit check was involved.

It’s unclear if this deal will return, but the next best thing would the up to $100 discount the Google Store and other retailers are soon offering for Black Friday.
