Maleshov Fort may not be the biggest or most important fort in Kingdom Come 2, but as it's where your lord Han Capon is being held captive, you'll need to infiltrate it and get him out without raising any alarms. The problem is that you don't have any idea where he's located, and with the guards on high alert, you aren't exactly free to explore the place.
To help you out, we'll explain where to find Hans in Maleshov Fort so you don't waste time exploring in completely the wrong direction.
Where is Hans in Maleshov Fort?
Hans is at the top of the main tower, but getting in there isn't easy, as it's behind two locked doors, both of which are Hard difficulty if you're planning on lockpicking them.
Go to the south side of the main tower and you'll see a flight of stairs leading up to the first door. If your Thievery skill is high enough you can lockpick it, otherwise, you'll need to get a key from a guard, either by stealthily robbing them or knocking them out and looting them.
Head inside and you'll find the top of the staircase blocked by some guards, but don't worry. Stand nearby and listen to their conversation, once it's over they'll abandon their post to go and stuff their faces with the food in the main hall, clearing the way for you to head upstairs.
On the second floor, you can quickly stop off in one of the rooms to pick up Rosa's Book in Kingdom Come 2, but to find Hans, instead continue up the stairs to the top floor. Lockpick or use your key on the leftmost door and you'll find Hans inside.
