Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen hit the red carpet of the 2025 NFL Honors on February 7 with his fiancée, actress Hailee Steinfeld. She looked stunning in a floor-length, body-hugging black gown — but all eyes were on her sparkling accessories, mainly her never-before-seen engagement ring.

Steinfeld waited three months to flash her stunning sparkler in public. Although she and Allen both posted a photo of the quarterback down on one knee on November 29, 2024, there was no close-up of the ring. Steinfeld kept her ring finger bare in all posts since then.

The NFL Honors was a worthy debut for the shiny new hardware. Allen took home a big win for Most Valuable Player. It was an extremely close vote, with Allen coming out on top of a pool of 11 that included Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson — the rumored frontrunner — and Saquon Barkley, the only non-quarterback to be nominated. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who will play in the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 9, was also nominated.

"I was pretty surprised, given what we know about how the voting goes," Allen said at a post-win press conference. "Lamar was very deserving of this as well."

During his acceptance speech, Allen gave sweet praise to Steinfeld. "To my fiancée Hailee, you've been my rock and my best friend," he said. "I would not be standing on this stage if it weren't for you."

Allen and Steinfeld became a public couple in May 2023. Allen led the Bills all the way to the playoffs earlier this year, losing to the Chiefs, who will take on the Philadelphia Eagles at the big game. The player holds the record for the most postseason starts of any quarterback without making it to the Super Bowl. Steinfeld is an actress who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in the movie True Grit and known for her roles in Pitch Perfect 2 and the Netflix series Arcane.
