Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have offered up their California mansion to those who have been affected from the devastating wildfires currently spreading across LA.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex issued a statement last night as they faced potential evacuation from their £23million Montecito home.
The pair are reported to have invited their nearest and dearest in the area to stay with them as they flee the devastation, and they're also believed to have donated a raft of supplies to relief funds for clothing, items for kids and other vital items.
The couple's home, which they share with children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, is located just 60 miles from blazes spreading across Malibu.
Sources have already revealed that Harry and Meghan are poised to evacuate themselves if need be and are in a "crisis mode" in preparation.
The Mirror reports that their security team has been working on an evacuation plan and packing essentials for the Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.
A neighbour said: "It's not chaos here yet but the fire is moving fast and we are not taking any chances."
They're also reported to have been given survival kits that are being dished out across the greater LA area, including a solar charger, flashlight, protective equipment, ice, water, snacks and safety pamphlets.
As the series of fires continue to ravage parts of California including Los Angeles and areas such as the Runyon Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills, the couple said: "In the last few days, wildfires in Southern California have raged through neighborhoods and devastated families, homes, schools, medical care centers, and so much more – affecting tens of thousands from all walks of life.
"A state of emergency has been issued. If you feel compelled to help, here are some resources and ideas."
They continued: "If a friend, loved one, or pet has to evacuate and you are able to offer them a safe haven in your home, please do. And be sure to check in with any disabled or elderly neighbours to see if they need help evacuating. Some families and people have been left with nothing.
"Please consider donating clothing, children's toys and clothing, and other essentials. The American Red Cross is on the ground helping those in need."
The Pacific Palisades, a Los Angeles neighbourhood home to numerous A-list celebrities including Mandy Moore, Anthony Hopkins and Jamie Lee Curtis, is one of the areas most severely affected. All these stars have lost their homes in the ongoing devastation caused by the wildfires. Stars Mel Gibson, Eugene Levy and Paris Hilton have also lost their homes.
