'Hawk Tuah Girl' Haliey Welch Finally Reveals Boyfriend Pookie's Identity

Haliey Welch, better known as the 'Hawk Tuah Girl,' just dropped a major reveal during the Tuesday, November 12 episode of her popular Talk Tuah podcast, and let's just say, her mystery man 'Pookie' is hidden no more. Meet Kelby Blackwell — the plumber who stole the 22-year-old viral sensation's heart, officially hard-launched into the spotlight.

"Pookie! Where are you!?" Welch called out, signaling for her beau to join her and her friend, Chelsea. As Blackwell slid into the seat beside his girlfriend, the TikTok star joked, "Come on, we don't bite."

Right off the bat, Welch asked, "Did you ever think you'd be sitting over here?" Without skipping a beat, Blackwell said, "No," adding, "But then again, I didn't want to be because I like my little small time life, I don't like being around a lot of people."

Welch then looks to the camera to formally introduce 'Pookie' to her followers. "Well, hello everyone, this is Pookie, this is Kelby right here," she gushed. "This is my hot piece of a** I drag around with me every day."

According to Welch, the lovebirds met for the first time through Chelsea's cousin — they've allegedly known each other for a few years, though their relationship has been on and off.

"So last year I was actually in a relationship for right around two and a half years... We broke up, I think, last March and it was just kind of like a dirty breakup," Blackwell explained. Before he "started actually considering Haliey," he said he was taking time to better himself.

Following the podcast episode, Welch took to her Instagram with a carousel of selfies of the two. "MY MAN MY MAN!! I LOVE YOU POOKIE 💕💕💕," she captioned the snaps. After hitting social media, it didn't take long for fans to enter the chat.

"AKA the "Hawk tuah" receiver 😂," one person quipped.

"Gods speed pookie 🫡 welcome to the internet," mused another.

For those catching up, Welch rocketed to internet fame after a candid street interview in Nashville. In the initial video, which was posted by YouTubers Tim & Dee TV on Tuesday, June 11, the Tennessee native was asked, "What's one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?" Without hesitation, Welch responded with her now-viral advice: "You gotta give 'em that 'hawk tuah' and spit on that thang!"
