Soap beauty Helen Flanagan has said she found her glamour modelling career "really empowering".
The actress, who played wild child Rosie Webster on Coronation Street and recently admitted she's keen to return, was often nominated for "sexiest female" at soap awards. And at the height of her career, she modelled for the likes of FHM, Nuts and Zoo.
Now a mum-of-three, Helen still isn't shy when it comes to showing off her assets, though uses social media instead. However she has confessed she still has all of her old photos stored away.

Speaking to Daily Star, Helen said: "Rosie started doing glamour modelling at the same time I did, so me and Rosie were in the same boat together. I enjoyed it, I was young as well, but I enjoyed it. It was fun.
"I've still got all of the pictures and stuff and then I've always carried on with that kind of avenue, like lingerie modelling. Even when I've been a mum, I have found it really empowering."
Helen is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment. She has spoke out about how she things women should do whatever they need to feel confident in themselves.
She told us: "It's great for women to embrace themselves. I love all the women feeling beautiful and sexy.
"I've carried that on and I've worked with different lingerie brands. I shot the Ann Summer's Valentine's campaign, which I loved."
Her idea of self-confidence also extends to having surgery, if women really want it. In January 2023, the I'm A Celebrity star had her breasts enlarged after she finished breastfeeding her children.
Helen said: "I think it's important for women to do what they want to do and have that freedom. Life is too short, if you want to have something done, do as you please.

"If it is something that makes you feel more confident, then great."
She added: "I used to be naturally like an E cup, then I breast fed in total for three years with the kids. I could even fit a B cup at the end. Honestly, it massively changed my body that you wouldn't believe."
Helen continued: "I didn't mind them being small. But I think it's because how else they go, they just needed lifting.
"I wanted them done for my confidence before I went but I couldn't, because you have to wait for six months after you finish breastfeeding. And I'd only just finished breastfeeding Charlie before I went in."
