Did Beyoncé Confirm a World Tour for 2025?
Following her show-stopping halftime performance during the Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans game on Christmas Day, fans were left speculating about what could be next for the music icon.
Shortly after her 13-minute performance, the Grammy-winning singer took to social media to share a cryptic 15-second video. The clip featured the superstar waving an American flag while on horseback, followed by a black screen displaying the date “Jan. 14” in bold red letters.
The brief teaser has sent fans into a frenzy, with many convinced that the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer is gearing up for a world tour in 2025. The speculation was fueld after Live Nation, the global touring powerhouse behind her Renaissance World Tour, reposted Beyoncé’s teaser across its own social media platforms.
Beyoncé’s teaser comes fresh off the heels of her performance at Houston’s NRG Stadium, where she debuted several tracks from her chart-topping album Cowboy Carter live for the first time, where she was joined by Shaboozey, Post Malone, Tanner Adell, and much more. Blue Ivy, Beyoncé’s oldest daughter, also graced the stage for a few dance numbers!
With the teaser video and Live Nation’s involvement, fans have taken to social media to express their excitement. One fan commented, “THE COWBOY CARTER WORLD TOUR IS COMING?!?!?!?!?!?” on X, while another declared, “LIVE NATION POSTED IT IT’S LITERALLY A TOUR OMFG😭😭😭.”
However, not all fans are convinced. Some believe the announcement might pertain to new music or long-awaited visuals. “TOUR? ACT III? VISUALS? I NEED ANSWERS NOW,” one Beyhiver tweeted, suggesting the Jan. 14, 2025, date could hint at an album or video release rather than a tour.
When Was Beyoncé’s Last Tour?
Beyoncé hasn’t toured since the Renaissance World Tour, which wrapped up in the fall of 2023. The five-month tour, supporting her 2022 album Renaissance, was a massive success. Grossing $579.8 million and selling 2.8 million tickets, it was crowned Billboard Boxscore’s top-grossing tour of the year.
