Former Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested… again…
This time, his arrest came in Custer County, Oklahoma very early on Friday morning. And now, the former child star is facing a new set of allegations related to a driving under the influence charge, as well as another for driving with a suspended license.

Per TMZ, Bryan was first approached by officers in Custer County at about 6:47 a.m. on Friday morning. Cops made contact with the ex-television star after they found him sleeping in the back seat of his car. They spoke to him, made sure he was safe and not driving, and let him be.
But at some point after that, cops say they saw Bryan driving that same car down a nearby road. They pulled him over, and he allegedly told the responding officer that he was intoxicated.
Police pulled the former child star out of the car and began to perform field sobriety tests. Per their later arrest report, he failed them. After they asked him about his level of drunkenness on a scale from 1-10, and Bryan told them he was at a five, they cuffed him and placed the former star under arrest.
From there, they put him in a cop car and hauled him off to Custer County Jail, where he was booked at about 8:30 a.m. on Friday morning. Per TMZ, cops also claim that he refused to take a breathalyzer test on scene. Zachery’s interaction with cops was caught on police body cameras, too. You can see some of that exchange (below):
Yikes…
His mugshot from jail was also later released to the media (below):
Unfortunately for Zachery, this is far from the first time he’s been arrested.
In 2020, he was arrested in Eugene, Oregon and charged with fourth-degree assault for allegedly strangling his then-girlfriend. In that case, back in 2021, he was eventually sentenced to 36 months of probation. Then, in 2023, he was arrested yet again on another domestic violence charge, as well. And he was booked out in the Palm Springs area as recently as February on suspicion of another DUI.
Damn. He does not seem to be learning his lesson…
