By mid-June, sources confirmed Fox was wearing her engagement ring again.
In November 2023, Fox revealed the heartbreaking news that she and MGK had suffered a miscarriage, which he later addressed in his song, Don't [sic] let me go.

Just weeks after sharing the happy news and posting sizzling pictures showing off her growing baby bump in a black lace cut-out dress, Fox revealed that she and MGK broke up over Thanksgiving.
The actress who is due to give birth in March ended their relationship after finding "upsetting" material on MGK's phone, according to TMZ.
Kelly who was on vacation in Vail, Colorado at the time, reportedly cut the trip short following the breakup.
The pair have not seen each other since TMZ has reported.

Megan and Kelly reportedly met while filming their upcoming film Midnight in the Switchgrass.
