I'm a Celeb: Alan offers Coleen a role on Coronation Street
During his time on the 2024 series of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! Dean McCullough rocked viewers after sneaking contraband into the jungle.
The radio presenter was caught popping teabags into the camp kettle and boiling tea for his fellow campmates and branding it as “hot water”.
While many were excited to receive a taste of home, others were unsuspecting, including the befuddled boxing legend Barry McGuigan, who was confused by its dark colour.
However, after the teabags were unveiled to viewers, the celebrities were soon punished for indulging in Dean’s contraband.
After Melvin Odoom successfully completed a gruelling task to win 10 cupcakes for each celebrity, he was devastated to learn that half of them had been revoked as punishment.

Following his elimination, Dean shared his secret about smuggling the teabags and revealed he snuck them into his water bottle holder.
“I was just leaving my hotel room, and I spotted the tea bags on the side.
“I was about to be taken into camp, and I thought, you're coming with me,” he confessed, expressing surprise that security didn't discover them.
The star likened the experience to going through customs without anything to declare, but feeling a sudden urge to confess.

Speaking to The Mirror, he added: “You know, whenever you're like, going through customs and you don't have anything to declare, but in that minute, you think, ‘Oh, my God, I need to declare something,’ But it went down an absolute treat.
“I thought nothing bonds people like a cup of tea, so I just had to sneak them in.”
However, it was soon revealed that Dean wasn’t the only one to sneak something in as Tulisa admitted that she was hiding seasoning that someone subtly gave her.
Although she didn’t unveil who it was, Melvin confessed he had given the salt and pepper to the singer to use during her role as camp chef but she never used it.
