Tulisa has broken her silence after she made the drastic move of deleting all I'm A Celebrity content from her Instagram and avoiding media engagements following her exit from the show.
The 36-year-old singer, dubbed The Female Boss, appeared shocked to become the third celebrity to leave the jungle after Jane Moore and Dean McCullough on Monday.
Despite giving an interview with Ant and Dec post-eviction, Tulisa did not appear on the ITV2 companion show 'Unpacked'. She addressed her followers on Instagram in a video to "clear some things up", revealing feelings of being "overwhelmed" by the flurry of attention, the Mirror reports.
Tulisa explained: "Hey guys, I'm just doing a little video to clear a few things up. When I first came out of the jungle, I felt fine first of all and then that evening, my friends went to bed and I was on my Instagram, just trying to have a casual scroll at some funny stuff.
"I was getting a lot of attention, a lot of bombarding - in all the most positive way, but because it's been a bit of a while for me, I can get overwhelmed quite easily and I just started to feel a little bit overwhelmed. And I was like, do you know what? I need to just take a little bit of time for me and just chill. This is all just feeling a bit much at the moment."
Tulisa also explained how she'd made a decision about her social media content following her jungle stint, stating: "I'm just going to archive all my stuff to do with the jungle and then, when the time is right and I've had time to process, I'm going to make my own reels of my best bits that I really like.
"Because remember, I haven't been doing my Instagrams. The way it's being posted and all the random stuff is not how I would do my Insta."

Upon her arrival at the lavish JW Marriott Hotel on the Gold Coast, Tulisa shared images and videos of herself enjoying poolside relaxation and cocktails. But soon after, she purged her entire I'm A Celeb content and was notably absent from Melvin Odoom's friends and family gathering held at the hotel.
Since her departure from the jungle, the only interview she has granted was with Scots star Lorraine Kelly, during which she hinted at insincere behaviour among her campmates. In response to whether she made lasting friendships on the show, Tulisa took a moment before admitting: "I feel like I have with some of them. I think they will be friends for life.
"But a lot of people for the cameras were being very pally pally but the real test will be when everyone is out. Will they make the effort to send texts in the group chat? Will they do the four hour drives to see each other? We'll see..." she reflected.
Lorraine quizzed the N-Dubz star on who she's rooting for to win this year's show, and Tulisa promptly responded, expressing her support for Oti Mabuse after they bonded in the jungle. Tulisa remarked: "Oti is just a pure soul. She's amazing and people like her are hard to come by."
