First Dates star Fred Sirieix shared a sneaky shower trick that he did in the ITV jungle last year.
The First Dates star entered I'm A Celeb last year and appeared alongside Sam Thompson, Nella Rose and Tony Bellew. The French TV star spoke exclusively to Daily Star and said: “When I was in the jungle, I used to hate stepping on the ground in the shower as I got lots of mud on my feet.
"I got told off a lot for taking sticks and leaves into the shower and using these to create floor mats, but I kept doing it!” He also shared his tips for the new lineup which includes Tulisa, Coleen Rooney and Alan Halsall, among others.

Fred added: “My biggest tips are to go in with an open mind. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and ensure you immerse yourself and enjoy it to the full. Try everything you can!”
The restaurateur has also recently promoted Knorr's new campaign as he highlight new range of Red Wine and White Wine Stock Pots. Fred said: “I have teamed up with Knorr to uncover the nation’s date night woes, and offer tips & tricks on how people can elevate their mid-week meals and at-home date nights.
"Knorr recently conducted some research on the common mistakes Brits make when cooking at home and what turns guests off which is great because the more we know, the more we can avoid these faux pas!"
The maître d'hôtel continued: “The campaign is to celebrate the brand’s launch of the new Red Wine and White Wine Stock Pots, which can automatically add a touch of magic (and most importantly, flavour) to mundane mid-week meals so we don’t get bored of cooking at home.
"Knorr’s research shows that 67% of us are cooking more at home in the past year and mealtimes are a great way to relax and reconnect with loved ones, so this conversation is more important than ever.”
The new series of I'm A Celebrity can be watched on ITV and kicked off on November 17th.
