Super WAG Coleen Rooney is reportedly 'looking forward' to the creepy crawly trials that await her in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - but she is said to be nursing a secret disapointment.
Fans will see Coleen, 38, dropped into the I'm A Celeb camp this evening, where she'll be hunkering down around the campfire alongside stars such as McFly's Danny Jones, former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, and Coronation Street's Alan Halsall.
However, there's one person who won't be able to jet over to Australia to meet Coleen once it's her time to exit the camp via the famous jungle bridge - her husband Wayne Rooney. As the manager of EFL Championship club Plymouth Argyle, former Manchester United goal scorer Wayne will need to be there for upcoming matches planned for November 22, 26 and 30 as well as December 7, 10, and 14.
For many contestants, reuniting with loved ones on the bridge is one of the most emotional moments of the I'm A Celeb journey. And although Coleen fully understands the demands of her husband's career, she is said to be 'gutted' that he won't be able to make it to Oz.

He's desperate to string a decent set of results together before Christmas. He and Coleen have been living miles apart for months so that will have prepared them for the separation. Coleen's very family-orientated so she'll find the show tough. Whoever is waiting for her, it'll be incredibly emotional."
In a video posted on social media last week, Coleen broke her silence on going Down Under, while addressing speculation that she may not partake in all the trials due to her reactive arthritis, which apparantly worsened due to the stress of her high profile 'Wagatha Christie' feud with WAG rival Rebekah Vardy. Coleen told followers: "I'm looking forward to doing the trials. There's been a lot of news saying that I can't do trials because of certain illnesses and that, but I can confirm I can do every trial. So I am not excluded from any that was just a load of rubbish, and I am, yeah, I'm looking forward to it."

Mum-of-four Coleen reflected: "Over the years, there have been different things going on in my life and also, my children have been really young. But they are at an age now where I can go away for this length of time. I also feel it's time to have a challenge for me and do something different. It has taken many, many years but I’m finally doing it. And I have always said if I was going to do one – then it would be this show. I think it will be good for me."
Although Coleen's fee hasn't been made, it's claimed that she's become the highest paid celebrity in I'm a Celeb history, with an offer exceeding the £1.5 million mark. This would beat the record previously set by Brexit Party founder leader Nigel Farage, who reportedly earned £1.5 million for his controversial appearance.
The 2024 series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! begins this evening (Sunday, November 17) on ITV at 9pm.
