Jane Moore is swapping her seat on the Loose Women panel for a camp bed in the jungle, on this year’s I’m A Celeb. But while the gruelling ITV show will no doubt put the star through her paces - there has been a lot of change in the 62-year-old’s personal life in the last few years too. Jane, who is mum to daughters Ellie, Grace and Lauren split with her husband Gary Farrow in 2022, after 20 years of marriage.

Gary, who formerly worked as the VP of communications at Sony record label, runs a PR agency called The Corporation Group. The pair married in 2002 in a lavish ceremony Claridge’s Hotel in London. The guest list was of course star-studded with Sir Elton John serving as Gary’s best man and actress Barbara Windsor and TV host Jonathan Ross in attendance.

Speaking of the secret split, which she announced on Loose Women in December 2022, Jane explained Gary was still her "best friend" and they planned on purchasing properties near one another.

"We've been processing it for about a year. So we're both quite private people. We had discussed it last year," she said, before joking: "And then he fell and broke his leg and, no, I didn't push him. Just want to put that out there. He fell and broke his leg. And obviously, then all bets are off. I would hope he would say I'm his best friend. And I'm keen that we don't lose that element."

However, although the couple did have to sell the family home in Richmond, London, Jane has recently spoken about how this is not without complications. "It was under offer earlier this year and the survey was fine, but then the house sale of the people buying it fell through and the chain collapsed," she said in Platinum Magazine."I said I would wait for them to get another offer, but they decided it was too stressful and opted to stay put." This has now taken Jane back to the beginning of re-listing her property again while she also deals with "a hefty legal bill”.

"Worse, as the sale fell through on the week of exchange, I had already started to clear out all the cupboards and the house looked an absolute tip,” she added, before asking fans to wish her luck. Whether she has sold the house or not, Jane did say upon landing in Australia that she will certainly be missing home.

“I am really excited, I’m apprehensive about being away from home, being isolated and away from my phone and laptop – but actually, this is also the very thing I am looking forward to,” said the star. “I have never done a reality show before, and I’ve always said when we talk about these things on Loose Women that this programme would be the one. I like an adventure and it appeals to me.”
