I'm A Celebrity star Alan Halsall, famed for his role as Tyrone Dobbs on Coronation Street, has been candid about his divorce and co-parenting journey with ex Lucy-Jo Hudson to his campmates, including Dean McCullough.
He shared how they met on the Corrie set and parted ways after their daughter Sienna was born, while maintaining a positive outlook on his current life. Alan revealed: "Lucy left Corrie in about 2005, then we got married in 2009.
"We then split up after Sienna was born. I love what I've got, even now I'm on my own, I love it when it's me and Sienna and that'll change I'm sure, that'll be different at some point but I've never done dating apps."

She stated: "Just wanted to put the record straight. First of all, me and my ex have been divorced seven years. I actually can't believe it's a topic of conversation because it's pretty boring.
"We share Sienna 50/50. We communicate. She's a happy kid. We get on great. We have to work out weekends what we're swapping, certain days he wants, certain days I want. We're constantly communicating because it's important for Sienna and to plan what we're doing. We don't want her missing out so we change things for each other."
The actress expressed her backing for Alan with genuine warmth, emphasizing: "Second of all, myself and Lewis [Devine] will be sat down with Sienna watching the jungle. We wish him nothing but the best."
Despite their daughter Sienna linking them forever, Lucy-Jo and Alan's post-breakup period has been anything but smooth. Following the jubilant celebration of her son with new partner Lewis Devine in 2020, Alan shared a biting message on Instagram, which he later thought better of and removed. His since-deleted words were sharp: "You're welcome to keep the lying cheating one and call her your own! But not my daughter."

Speaking to OK! magazine, Lucy-Jo shed light on her reaction to Alans outburst, confessing: "I had literally just given birth to Carter when he posted that so I didn't see it and my head was elsewhere. He quickly deleted it so he must have regretted it. I didn't bother bringing it up with him."
Although their romance hit the rocks after rekindling in 2016 post-initial split, ultimately leading to their final parting in 2018, Sienna-Rae remains the silver lining from their union back in 2013. On the cusp of Alan's stint in 'I'm A Celeb,' Lucy-Jo gave her followers a peek into her life with an endearing Instagram post highlighting 'family time' alongside 11 year old Sienna.
