Inside Grace Jackson and Marcus Rashford's whirlwind romance and why they 'cut ties'

Marcus Rashford reportedly had a brief fling with Love Island's Grace Jackson in recent months, but it ended just weeks before her explosive return to All Stars.

It comes after Grace made a scene-stealing debut on Love Island: All Stars, wrapping up the episode with her dramatic entrance on Sunday night's show.

After first leaving the ITV show last summer, Grace has been swamped with opportunities, amassing a hefty Instagram fanbase and securing an eye-popping six-figure contract with fashion outlet EGO.

She bagged the sixth spot on the series alongside Reuben Collins and later landed a deal with Pretty Little Thing.

Reports now suggest that Grace has been intimately linked to Manchester United sensation Marcus Rashford. The bombshell has been seen out and about in Cheshire with Rashford, 27, however the pair seem to have parted ways according to the Mirror.

Previously in a long-term relationship with Lucia Loi, he split with her last year. It appears the football legend is single again according to new reports in The Sun.

An insider stated: "Grace realised that Marcus wasn't serious about her and has unfollowed him on Instagram." They also shared that there's no future in sight for the pair, hence her ITV appearance.

They confirmed: "She realised there was no future so she has decided to cut ties." The source added an insight into her mindset following the split: "As far as she is concerned it's Marcus' loss, she is putting her best foot forward and can't wait to enjoy some winter sun in gloomy January."

Grace made a memorable entrance into the Love Island villa last year, disrupting Joey Essex and Samantha Kenny's partnership, which led to Sam's departure from the show. Subsequently, Grace coupled up with Joey until he shifted to Jessy Potts, before they split a month after the show ended.

On her decision to return to the villa, Grace said: "I feel like at this time in my life I'm in a very settled place. I know who I am and I'm at the age where I've had enough of my single years. I've done everything I wanted to do in my single life and I'm looking to settle down and create a nice life with someone. What better place to do it than in the Villa?"

Reflecting on her stint on Love Island last summer, Grace spoke positively about her relationship with Reuben, adding: "Reuben is one of the loveliest people I've ever met, there's no bad blood at all, we're just good friends and we still touch base from time to time."

Speaking about the type of man she's hoping to pair up with this time around, and confessing that she's "got my eye on someone" already in the villa, Grace stated: "I want someone that makes me laugh, who's comfortable in themselves, someone that's emotionally secure, motivated in life and someone that likes to travel and have fun. I want a best friend and a partner in one."
