On Sunday evening, I'm A Celebrity returned to TV screens with viewers tuning in to watch a new group of celebrities venture into the Australian wilderness on ITV.
However, it was no walk in the park for the famous faces as presenters Ant and Dec wasted no time in challenging them with a series of difficult tasks.
McFly's Danny Jones, along with ex-boxer Barry McGuigan, faced an intense trial that involved securing stars for their campmates whilst trapped in a box with snakes.
Danny experienced a tense moment during the task when a large snake slithered its way up the inside of his shorts, necessitating a quick removal once their time was over, reports the Mirror.
Discussing the amusing ordeal on Lorraine, Georgia Horsley, Danny's wife, expressed: "What a way to start the show! "
Georgia hinted, when talking about Danny adjusting to life Down Under, that he had a special signal just for their son Cooper while on air.
Delving into this secret, Lorraine asked: "Now, don't tell us, but is there a wee signal that he's doing for Cooper?"
A savvy Georgia revealed: "Cooper has got a little signal that he watches out for, Danny has done it!"
In the course of their conversation, Lorraine was keen to know what their six-year-old thought about his father's appearance on the national television.
Georgia shared: "He is loving it! I still don't think he fully understands the grandeur of it."
"He did say to me this morning, 'Mummy, Daddy is going to be so famous after this show'. I went, he's kind of a little bit famous already!"
At present, Danny ranks as the frontrunner to win the show according to bookmakers, with Ladbrokes offering odds of 15/8 for him to be crowned King of the Jungle.
GK Barry has seen a surge in support, her chances of victory are now assessed at 7/2.
Ladbrokes spokesperson Nicola McGeady remarked: "Danny Jones might have some competition at the head of the jungle betting as GK Barry has come for a wave of support since her dramatic bushtucker trial."
Conversely, Jane Moore of Loose Women may be facing an early departure, her odds for triumph lingering at a long-shot 66/1.
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continues weeknights on ITV from 9pm.
