IVE is ready to ring in the new year with a brand new comeback! The girl group that consists of members Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo, will be releasing their third EP.

When Is IVE’s Comeback?

On December 24, the K-pop girl group dropped a teaser for their third EP IVE EMPATHY, set to be released on February 3, 2025. But that’s not all—fans will get a taste of what’s to come with the first title track dropping on January 13.

“IVE, who is celebrating the third anniversary of their debut today, is currently pouring their heart and soul into preparing a new album with the goal of a comeback in January,” IVE’s agency Jellyfish wrote in a statement. “We ask that you show lots of support for IVE, who will be making another leap forward after growing through their world tour over this past year.”

This marks IVE’s long-awaited return to the Korean music scene, after a nine-month break since the release of their previous album IVE SWITCH.

Who Are IVE?

IVE is a powerhouse K-pop girl group that debuted in December 2021 with their breakout single “ELEVEN.” Made up of six talented members, the group quickly gained attention for their catchy songs and impressive performances.

Since their debut, IVE has achieved remarkable success, with every single hitting the Billboard Hot 100 and earning them multiple No. 1 wins on South Korean music shows. Fans of IVE, known as DIVE, have been with them every step of the way, cheering them on during their world tour and beyond.

In 2023, the group also signed with Columbia Records, marking a new chapter in their global expansion. As they prepare for their next comeback, IVE is looking to continue their rise to the top of the global K-pop scene.

“We are really excited to work with another label and with other places like Columbia,” Wonyoung told Billboard in May 2023. “We are, right now, really excited, and we’re really looking forward to that right now. For the start with Columbia, we really want to reach out to global fans all over the world. We are, right now, preparing a lot for our global fans.”
