Jack Vidgen has shared a heartbreaking update amid his addiction battle.
The Australia's Got Talent winner, 27, posted an emotional video on Boxing Day revealing he was back in a rehabilitation program after relapsing three weeks ago.
"I know I've been [missing in action] on socials for a few weeks and that's why," the singer explained, sitting on the floor of his room.

Vidgen said he felt "a lot of shame and guilt and I don't really have the words right now".
The star said he was starting to go through withdrawals.
In his Instagram post caption, Vidgen continued: "It's hard to find the words for how disappointed I am in myself right now and the shame I'm feeling".
"This isn't how I wanted to spend my Christmas but I'm grateful to be in a safe place."
The singer then encouraged his followers to check in on those who might be struggling over the holidays.

"I feel embarrassed to be posting this but also am committed to sharing my journey, even through the slip ups. Relapse is part of recovery," he wrote.
Vidgen signed off the candid message by wishing everyone a happy Christmas.

On December 9, the star announced he had been sober for seven months.
Vidgen posted a video documenting his recovery journey over that time.
The singer admitted he was "struggling a bit".

The recent update comes two months after Vidgen revealed in October he had relapsed after reaching nearly four months of sobriety.
The star voluntarily checked himself into a rehabilitation facility to get support.
At the time, Vidgen opened up about his addiction struggle in a powerful social media statement, admitting it "has been the biggest struggle of my life and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy".

"For years I've heard the saying 'It's OK not to be OK' and never really known what the f--- that means. I feel like I'm somewhat understanding it now," he wrote.
The singer said his relapse had been a "snowball effect" after experiencing grief and "a whole bunch of other stresses".
Vidgen rose to fame in 2011 after winning the fifth season of Australia's Got Talent when he was just 14 years old.
He released his debut studio album, Yes I Am, that same year.
