James Marsden's Rare Outing with Reported GF Shows His Pattern of Dating Women Half His Age

James Marsden has always been quite private with his personal life forever, including when it comes to his children and his relationships. In fact, did you know that he’s reportedly in a relationship with a model around half his age?

The 51-year-old star has been linked to 26-year-old model Frederique Brons, and recently, on Nov 19, 2024, he and Brons were seen on a super casual day out in NYC. In photos obtained by Metro, we can see them holding hands, both in casual looks, Marsden in a jeans and sweatshirt look and Brons in an olive jacket.

Now, for those wondering, “When did Marsden started (allegedly) dating someone half his age?” Well, two things: one, he and Brons have been linked together since last year, and Marsden has a pattern of dating women half his age.

For those who don’t know, he and Brons were first linked on Oct 23 when they were spotted kissing. Since then, they haven’t made outings with one another, talked about one another in interviews, and more. In fact, it’s only after this recent outing that they follow each other on Instagram (and she also follows his son Jack, per People). So, it seems that this romance is getting more serious but will continue to be private.

Now, remember how we said he has a pattern of dating younger? Well, back in 2023, he was seen on dates with model Kelsey Merritt, who is over 20 years his junior. He’s also dated singer Edei, who is 25 years his junior, back in 2015. Along with that, he dated Rose Costa, who is 14 years younger than him, from 2011 to 2012, and was linked to Suki Waterhouse, who is 18 years his junior, back in 2015.
