Jason Kelce reveals the sweet gift he will give Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift for Christmas

Christmas time is just around the corner, and everyone is thinking about what to give their loved ones. Sometimes we know exactly what to gift and where to buy it, but other times we struggle a lot, feeling the pressure and almost the breath of Santa Claus right behind our ear.

When we don't know what to buy, we often rely on handmade gifts. These are undoubtedly the best option because they require time, effort, creativity, and love.

Harder if people you gift to have everything

Jason Kelce recently highlighted this point when he appeared on the late night show 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' with the famous TV host Jimmy Kimmel. Among other topics, he was asked about the presents he planned to give his brother, Travis Kelce, and his sister-in-law, Taylor Swift. We will not talk about his casual outfit for the occasion... (a surfing t-shirt and blue skinny jeans) but he shared some thoughts that many of us can relate to.

"It is tough to shop for people who can have anything they want," he said.

Obviously, that's true. They already have the means to solve all their needs and problems, so money can't really help in this case. You have to think outside the box. If you're facing the same dilemma Jason has, handmade gifts could be your solution. However, we don't recommend doing exactly what Jason suggested.

Not every craft works

"You gotta go with handmade gifts-something sentimental, maybe, that's near and dear to them," he explained. "I've never done it, but I think it would work very well. I've got something up my sleeve this year. I'll make a macaroni necklace. It works with me and my kids very well."

"It would be funny if you made Taylor a macaroni necklace and then, all of a sudden, millions of girls are wearing macaroni necklaces," Jimmy Kimmel added in response.

The takeaway? Things made with our own hands are usually better received than anything store-bought. So this Christmas, spend some time crafting the perfect gift for your loved ones. They'll surely appreciate the effort, thought, and creativity you've poured into it. But please don't do a macaroni necklace... a letter would work just fine.
