Jeannie Mai says a recent “secret subpoena” filed by her ex-husband to force her to hand over her bank records is just an excuse to harass her.

Jeannie wants the subpoena that Jeezy sent to City National Bank made null and void.

As a part of their messy custody battle, Jeezy’s attorneys demanded the talk show host’s personal and business bank account statements, deposit slips, and evidence of withdrawals from said bank accounts before November 1.

Jeezy previously refused to pay Jeannie Mai alimony or child support. Jeannie claimed she was “blindsided” by the divorce filing last summer and wanted very much to keep her “family together,” but just a week later, she claimed that she was a “battered wife.”

She also claimed the Atlanta rapper broke the terms of their prenup. After the divorce was finalized, she sued the rapper for contempt, dragging on an already lengthy legal process.

Jeannie Mai says Jeezy had failed to pay for specific daycare and school costs and has not yet put $500,000 in an account for their daughter as agreed.

“Given [Jeezy’s] propensity for failing to pay his financial obligations, both in his prior unrelated custody case, and based on the number of lawsuits that have been filed against him by his former employees and associates regarding non-payment of debts, it is clear that [Jeezy] motive in issuing said subpoena was for no other purpose than to harass and intimidate Ms. Mai,” he attorneys claims.

Jeezy calls her allegations fraudulent.
