Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck attend same event, with Jennifer Garner right in the middle

They were a couple, then not, so they became friends, something that has strengthen in the middle of a divorce for him. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were seen together, no problem there; however, an encounter occurred with Jennifer Lopez, the person that is divorcing him.

Celebrities live in very closed circles, and it is difficult to escape this type of situation, like the one on Friday night at an event in Brentwood. Garner was the first to arrive at the event, around 7pm and just five minutes later, Jennifer Lopez appeared, and then, almost immediately, Ben Affleck.

Although it is not clear if there was an exchange between Affleck and Lopez, what was seen was Ben and Garner walking together and talking calmly. The image, which would have been unthinkable a few years ago, reflects how both seem to have left their differences aside.

What this means in the middle of a divorce

While it is known that Jennifer Garner has been a support for the father of her children, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez do not have a prenuptial agreement that facilitates separation, so the divorce has stalled for now.

To handle the process, they have turned to Laura Wasser, the same lawyer who handled Affleck's divorce with Garner in 2018. With all these links, it is not surprising that they end up bumping to each other at events.

This situation will take a while to resolve itself and, in the meantime, we might hear and read about more unvoluntary encounters between the three. At least everyone has been civilized about everything.
