Jennifer Lopez Is ‘Becoming Increasingly Frustrated’ over This Part of Her & Ben Affleck’s Divorce

Okay, so y’know Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez‘s mega-mansion that they bought for $60.8 million in May 2023? Despite splitting up earlier this year, and putting that house on the market, they can’t seem to offload it.

And now, Lopez is allegedly super frustrated that they still have this connection to one another. Sources even told Intouch Weekly that Lopez is allegedly feeling the stress from it all.

“She can’t wait to get the hell out of the house when she can and assumed it would have happened by now and someone would have snapped it up especially after the renovations and personal touches she added, but nothing’s happened,” a source alleged to the outlet. “Of course, she’s been told it’s only a select group of buyers who would be interested and have that kind of money, but it’s becoming increasingly frustrating being there.”

Back in Sept 2024, a couple did put an offer on the place. Per TMZ, “a couple from New Jersey fell in love with their 38,000 square foot Beverly Hills area home” and even made an offer for $64 million. Despite the offer being accepted and the pair being about to let this mansion go, a death in the family made them pull out of escrow.

Since then, there’s been seemingly no nibbles on the property. The insider added, “The house is like a noose around her neck, and she feels trapped. She walks around the house and feels all the bad memories. Not even her weird voodoo magic has helped. The place still has imprints of Ben everywhere.”

For those who don’t know, Lopez and Affleck met on the set of the film Gigli. They started dating soon after and got engaged by the end of 2002. In 2003, they postponed their wedding, and were broken up by 2004.

Then, in 2021, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance. A year later, they got engaged and married in a lavish ceremony. Then, after months of speculation, per TMZ, Lopez filed for divorce on Aug. 20, noting the date of separation is April 26, 2024.

While they’ve worked on co-parenting, this house not selling is causing stress all around and making it hard to move on, from what insiders say.
