One of her key targets is none other than Brad Pitt, a Hollywood heavyweight who has recently had success through his production company.

RadarOnline.com sources reveal that Lopez has been reaching out to Pitt, looking for high-quality projects in which she could star and potentially earn critical acclaim.

"It's crucial to have the right material to get into the race with an award-worthy script, and let's face it, Brad and his company have a great track record, so he's at the top of her schmooze list," a source explains.

The insider added that Lopez is prepared to invest significant money into a project if it means it will put her in the spotlight and, more importantly, help her achieve Oscar recognition.

In addition to her interest in Brad Pitt, Lopez is said to be considering working with George Clooney. Their relationship is more complex, with the two having starred together in the 1998 film Out of Sight.

The movie launched both of their careers in different directions: Lopez became a pop sensation and rom-com queen, while Clooney transitioned into a successful film director and mogul.

"Jennifer's relationship with George is complicated, primarily because they both blew up so huge after their one onscreen collaboration 26 years ago, which is still considered a classic by their fans," the insider shared.
