Jim Bellino revealed if his friend Ryan Boyajian will follow through with his purported lawsuit against Tamra Judge after the Real Housewives of Orange County star accused him of stealing money from a Dodgers player.

Jim, who was married to castmate Alexis Bellino — and who successfully sued Tamra for slander in 2018 — shared how much money his own lawsuit cost. He also addressed how Ryan is doing now. Ryan previously indicated that he hired the same lawyer Jim used.

After Tamra made the accusation against Ryan on Watch What Happens Live, she quickly issued an apology and hinted that she doesn’t know much about the allegation that Ryan is somehow involved in a gambling investigation.

On The Sarah Fraser Show, Jim was asked if Ryan really hired the same lawyer Jim used to sue Tamra.

“That’s correct, Jeff Neary,” said Jim. “Jeff’s an amazing lawyer. He’s an expert on slander and defamation.”

The host then asked if Jim believes Ryan and Jeff will actually sue Tamra for slander.

“The papers that were served [to Tamra] to my knowledge are cease-and-desist and [an] order for an apology,” he shared.

The host speculated that Ryan won’t sue Tamra so long as she apologizes and stops speaking his name.

“Listen, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on this,” commented Jim of his own past lawsuit. “Nobody wants to sue anybody. I can promise you it’s very emotionally draining. It’s like a divorce. And what surprises me, knowing how much money and emotion Tamra went through, why she would put herself in this position saying statements [as if] fact, like he was raided by the FBI and that he stole money from a baseball player.”

“Those are actionable offenses,” he continued. “So the fact that Ryan is only requiring an apology, that says something about his character. I think that he realizes — and I’ve actually spoke with Ryan about this — that if you can get the apology, don’t go through with the lawsuit, just because it’s draining.”

As for how Ryan is doing, Jim explained, “He’s great. He’s just a very even guy. Very chill. I think he handles himself very well in these situations, but he’s not gonna take any s**t. So, it’s on right now.”

In the comments of the interview, Ryan shared his reaction.

“JimmyB Speaking Only FACTS,” he wrote.

New episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County air Thursday nights on Bravo.
