Joe Gibbs Racing has revealed its 2025 ARCA Menards Series driver lineup, featuring four drivers. Gio Ruggiero, Brent Crews, William Sawalich, and Max Reaves will pilot the No. 18 car in select races.
The ARCA Menards Series is a prominent American stock car racing division. Serving as a developmental platform for NASCAR's three national touring series, it is regarded as a semi-professional league. The series features a diverse range of events, including races on superspeedways, road courses, and dirt tracks.
Ruggiero will compete in the Truck Series this season, taking on the next step in his NASCAR journey, while Sawalich is set to make his debut in the Xfinity Series, marking his first full season at that level. Despite their main focus being in these higher-tier divisions, both drivers will also get the opportunity to race in the ARCA Menards Series.
Brent Crews has made a name for himself as one of the youngest and most accomplished racers. He became the youngest winner in the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series at 13, won the Trans-Am Series at 14, and claimed an ARCA victory at a young age. With such achievements, Crews attracted strong support and attention from those invested in his racing development.
Crews is set to make a bigger impact in NASCAR this season, having already impressed in the ARCA Menards Series. With two wins and six top-5 finishes in just eight national series starts, his only non-top-5 results came from a DNF at Dover in 2024 and mechanical issues at Salem in 2023. Fans can expect to see much more from this rising talent.
Joe Gibbs Racing is looking at Crews as a top-tier talent and is being compared to Connor Zilisch as an up-and-coming driver the team can't afford to lose. Crews will make nine Truck Series starts with Tricon Garage this season, and many expect him to contend for a win or two. With his impressive track record, there's little Crews can't handle behind the wheel. This season is crucial for his development and will serve as proof of his potential.
The fourth ARCA driver on the list of Joe Gibbs Racing is Max Reaves, the 15-year-old son of Cook Out co-owner Jeremy Reaves, who made headlines when Joe Gibbs signed him to a development deal. He will become the first driver born in the 2010s to compete in an ARCA event.
