Joe Swash shares criticism from Stacey Solomon as he admits struggling with major flaw

Joe Swash has candidly spoken about his struggle to unwind, confessing that he "finds it hard to relax".

The busy TV personality revealed that this issue is often pointed out by his wife Stacey Solomon, as he's frequently seen "running around" their home.

The topic came up during a recent interview with The Sun's Fabulous Magazine when the former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star was asked what he would most like to change about himself.

Joe confessed: "I find it hard to relax, so I'd like to chill out more. When Stacey sees me running around, she's like: 'You're doing too much'."

The EastEnders actor leads a bustling family life as a father to son Harry, 18, from a previous relationship, and shares son Rex, five, and daughters Rose, three, and Belle, 19 months, with Stacey.

He also plays the role of stepfather to Stacey's older sons, Zach, 16, and Leighton, 12.

Alongside his difficulty in switching off, Joe admitted that he's "constantly worried about the kids", explaining: "They're all at different stages in life.

"I've forgotten what it's like not being a dad, that's my main identity. When they get a bit older, I can find myself again."

This revelation comes after Joe and Stacey were reportedly seen having a disagreement in public. An eyewitness told The Sun: "Joe came out of a building on his own and stormed off down the street, he looked upset and was sitting on some steps for a while."

"Stacey came out of the building in tears and she looked really emotional, she was hugging someone."

Despite the reported disagreement, Joe shared how much he was missing his wife as she enjoys a Las Vegas getaway.

The 35 year old Sort Your Life Out host was gifted the trip by a beauty brand, which featured an Adele concert in the city.

The two British celebrities were captured sharing a touching embrace during the concert.
