MasterChef star John Torode told his co-star wife Lisa Faulkner: “I will miss you” in a sweet social media post.

John, 59, tied the knot with 52-year-old Lisa in 2019, eight years after her marriage to ex-husband Chris Coghill ended in 2011.

Now he’s shared a sweet snap of flowers Lisa gifted him, with the caption: “Thank you @lisafaulknercooks my love for my beautiful flowers. Will miss you this week [heart emoji].”

It hasn’t been confirmed yet where John or Lisa are off to, but with hectic filming schedules around the world it’s fair to say they both lead busy lives. John has been overseas filming the new series of MasterChef, and was still abroad when the allegations about his co-star Gregg Wallace came out.

Now Gregg has announced his latest career move after the scandal caused him to step back from the BBC show. The 60-year-old announced a new venture for his health brand via YouTube.

He said: “I have been working for quite a while now on frozen ready meals from the GreggWallace.health range of recipes. Let’s see how we get on. I have managed to have some time at home and did some cooking.

“It's a habit I want to get back in to – cooking for the family once a week is something that I really enjoy."

Gregg went on: “All our meals are frozen and shipped via DPD AM Delivery Service. They will arrive frozen or within the correct temperatures to transfer straight into your freezer unless otherwise stated in product descriptions."

Gregg’s ready meals will cost £8 each, while buyers could also get a set of eight for £60.

Meanwhile, John and Lisa are set to appear together at the NEC Birmingham in summer for the Good Food Show, when they will be performing a live cooking demonstration and sharing their culinary secrets.
