Justin Baldoni's lawsuit claims and 'evidence' against co-star Blake Lively in full

Justin Baldoni has launched a website that claims to clear his name amid his bitter lawsuit battle.

The It Ends With Us actor has ramped up his feud with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds by publishing an online site with his latest court filings, including a timeline of alleged events leading up to the messy legal dispute. Hollywood A-listers Justin, 41, and Blake, 37, appeared together in the 2024 movie adaptation of Coleen Hoover's domestic abuse novel.

However, since the release, the pair have been at war of words. In December, Blake sued Justin for sexual harassment and allegedly causing severe emotional distress. Justin has strongly refuted the allegations, and last month, he countersued Blake and her husband, Ryan, 48, for £321 million for an apparent attempt to destroy his reputation and career. It's since been claimed Blake and Ryan's lawyers have filed a notice to state that they will seek to dismiss Justin's lawsuit.

On Saturday, Justin published a website, titled Lawsuit Info, which included a 168-page 'timeline of relevant events' to defend himself against Blake's allegations. There were no names to be seen on the site itself, just two documents available for download. But what did they include? Here are all the bombshell claims in full...

'Texts from Ryan Reynolds'

The contact between Justin and Blake is said to have taken place between January 2019 and January 2024 and consists of 168 pages of emails, text messages and WhatsApp conversations. The majority of the communication is claimed to be between the director and the Gossip Girl star, but there are also sections in which he interacts with the Wrexham AFC owner.

Justin claims he first texted the Deadpool star and they had a pleasant conversation. "I asked Blake for your number well over a month ago and have wanted to text you for a while now, but my good ol' nerves got the best of me," Justin allegedly wrote in his text to Ryan. He then referred to himself as "the guy who brought his literal baggage to his meeting with your wife".

In his self-proclaimed 'awkward' text, Justin then says he spoke about his marriage to wife, Swedish actress Emily Baldoni, with Ryan, texting: "Emily and I have a very small circle. We live out in the country in [sic] and pretty much just hang out with each other. We've known all our closest friends for years, and I don't really have any close female friends that my wife isn't also friends with, let alone married ones. And so I guess this is just an awkward text to say I'd like to be friends."

He then alleges Ryan replied: "What a loving and generous message. Thank you. We're both looking forward to getting to know you and your family better. We're also big fans over here. Since before we met, and more-so after."

'Texts from Blake Lively'

Among the alleged text messages between Justin and Blake, the actress is said to have described herself as "flirty". One message from Blake is alleged to have read: "It's my love language. Spicy and playfully bold, never with teeth." The exchange was allegedly regarding a raunchy scene in the film, with Blake said to have repeatedly called herself a "ballbuster".

Other texts include an alleged text on Valentine's Day in 2023 as Blake is said to have promised Justin he is "safe" with her. The message reportedly reads: "You're safe here" and he replied with a heart emoji after it's alleged he had suggested he should apologise for an "excited" comment.

Another alleged chat days later showed Justin shrugging off any claims that Blake, who had just had son Olin and was concerned about her physique for the intimate scenes, wouldn't look "amazing". She is said to ask him: "What's the chance we can do body scenes at the end of the schedule?"

It's said Justin said he couldn't change the schedule, but tried to reassure her by saying: "I want you to know you will look amazing. Anything you are insecure about we will talk through and get creative together and make you comfortable. I just don't want you to stress about your body. It's the last thing you need."

By May the same year, it's thought Blake had called herself a ballbuster, but said it's only because it "means a lot to me". "You were terrific. I'm proud of everything we did today, but really every day," she is said to have text him following a day of filming. It's also claimed that Blake was sent a matcha machine for her birthday in the same year, and while a response came six days later, she reportedly thanked him and showed no sign of tension.

Fat-shaming claims

In her lawsuit, Blake claims that Justin fat-shamed her by asking her weight via his trainer - but Justin claims it was because he had a bad back and had to prepare for a lifting sequence in the film. Blake also alleges that Justin put her in contact with a wellness coach, who she claims turned out to be a weight loss specialist. This was said to be another example of fat-shaming.

It has been revealed that Justin did indeed introduce her to his health coach. Messages released by Justin, which The Mail is said to have obtained, show him reassuring Blake about her appearance, with the actress poking fun at herself.

Justin claims Ryan swore at him in a heated conversation about the fat-shaming claims. His lawsuit alleges: "The next morning, Baldoni was summoned to the penthouse by Lively and greeted by Reynolds, who swore at Baldoni and accused him of fat-shaming his wife ('How dare you f****** ask about my wife's weight? What's wrong with you?')"

The confrontation led Justin to offer repeated apologies for what he claimed was a good faith and reasonable question to ask of his trainer. Ryan allegedly demanded Justin remove the scene entirely. Blake refused to perform the lift scene in the end, even after it was rehearsed with a stunt double.

According to legal documents, Justin claimed that 'the tone from Reynolds and Lively was so aggressive that [he] felt he had no choice but to offer repeated (and completely unwarranted) apologies'. A source who was allegedly at the meeting told TMZ that Ryan was 'angry and stern', but claims the accusation of him 'screaming' is 'overblown', adding that the actor's tone was 'impassioned'. The source insisted it didn't escalate to screaming or berating. The Mirror has reached out to Justin's reps for comment.

Justin claims Blake blew the film's wardrobe budget by hundreds of thousands of pounds (

Wardrobe budget blown

On the website, Justin has also claimed that Blake exceeded the original $185,000 wardrobe budget set aside for the entire cast for It Ends With Us, in an alleged email from a line producer. The alleged email from April 2023 reads: "To date [wardrobe] already spent $615k, and they need their cashet cards all replenished because they've only shopped for Justin and Blake.

"They had to re-shop everything for Blake after creative changes, but it's a lot of money. I trust them of course, but want to keep you all posted, as this is way more than I've ever seen wardrobe go over budget with the initial spend."

Justin then alleges in his complaint that the excessive wardrobe budget was due to Blake exerting control over the production. "Ignoring the director's vision for her character and disposing of the weeks of effort and creativity spent by the wardrobe team on shopping and carefully crafting her wardrobe, Lively sent hundreds of images to the Film's costume designer, including into the late hours of the evening, depicting the style of wardrobe she wanted for her character," the filing alleges.

It continues: "The costume designer had to re-shop Lively's wardrobe, far exceeding the allocated budget and diverting time and resources while also preparing wardrobes for the rest of the cast." Blake, who plays flower shop owner Lily Bloom in the film, allegedly "insisted that her character 'had money' and could afford $5,000 shoes — despite being a fledgling small business owner." The Mirror has contacted Blake and Justin's reps for comment.
