RAPPER Kanye West has been accused of sexually assaulting a model on the "porn-like" set of a music video, according to a federal lawsuit.

America's Next Top Model star alumn Jenn An is suing West, who now goes by Ye, for alleged violence on the set which she described as "pornographic gagging" and "BDSM festishes".

An is also suing Universal Music Group over the incident in 2010 - when she claims West choked her until she blacked out.

She says he directed her to sit on a chair before "towering over" her, "breaking heavily" and then "smothering" her face.

An claims this went on for more than a minute, as he screamed "This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso."

He then allegedly "rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex."

“On camera, defendant West began to choke plaintiff with one hand.

"He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands,” the suit reads, according to Rolling Stone.

“He then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her.”

Court documents from the suit filed in New York, seen by TMZ, detail her experience while starring in West and La Roux's "In For the Kill" music video.

West allegedly picked her out of a lineup for the project, saying "Give me the Asian girl".

After she was dressed in revealing lingerie for the shoot, at a hotel in New York, he allegedly said "That's why I chose you".

An also claims that La Roux told a friend she'd seen some "upsetting, unsettling" behaviour on the set.

The final edit for the music video doesn't appear to include An or West.

An claims in the suit that "high-profile figures" tried to "bury" the incident.

The Sun has reached out to West's representative for comment.

An appeared on cycle 13 of "America's Next Top Model".

The latest lawsuit against West follows one in October which claimed West turned his office into a "sexual playground".

Filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, the lawsuit seen by The Sun claimed West's wife Bianca Censori acted as his "sex party coordinator".

Pisciotta claims she was mistreated by the rapper while working for him and in the months after - detailing allegations he raped and drugged her at a party hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs.

West has previously denied all her claims labelling the allegations as "baseless".

The former OnlyFans model and Instagram star - who was West's Chief of Staff at his company Yeezy, working for him from 2021 to 2022 - first sued him back in June.
