Kanye West is hiring full YZY staff including ‘AI filmmakers’ and ‘studio assistants’ as he plots big U.S. comeback

KANYE West is pouring all of his energy into a fashion and music comeback after returning to the U.S. from Japan and is looking for new talent to join his team.

The rapper and designer has been sued by several former employees for issues from sexual harassment to wrongful termination.

But The U.S. Sun can reveal young recruits are still falling over themselves to work with him after a ton of job ads were posted last month.

Project Casting posted the opportunities on their website and Instagram, saying Kanye is looking for everyone from AI filmmakers and video editors to studio assistants.

They added in their post, "Don’t miss the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative brands in the world."

An insider told The U.S. Sun, "Kanye appeals to a young crowd and there's already been a lot of interest in the roles."

The posting claims recruits will join an "exceptional creative team for groundbreaking projects".

Requirements for most of the jobs include proven experience in film or video editing with a strong portfolio, and proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

They must also have storytelling skills and the "ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment."

Kanye is allegedly offering competitive pay based on experience and project scope and is willing to provide opportunities for growth within his team.

'SEXUAL HARASSMENT'

Despite these promises, it is well-documented that many of Kanye's former employees in recent years have been left begging for what they are owed after being fired.

Kanye was previously canceled for his anti-semitic remarks and was dropped by major brands but claimed last month that he's now worth more than $2 billion after relaunching his business.

He's still facing more than a dozen civil lawsuits from Yeezy staffers and those who worked at his now-defunct Christian private school, Donda Academy.

His ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta is among the former employees now pursuing legal action after suing him in June last year.

Pisciotta - an influencer and former OnlyFans model - worked for Kanye between 2021 and 2022 and claimed he sent her lewd messages and fired her after she declined his advances.

Her filing claimed he reneged on a $3 million severance package, plus another $1 million he allegedly promised to pay her for deleting her account on OnlyFans.

Per Pisciotta's filing, Kanye also allegedly turned his office into a "sexual playground" and his wife Bianca Censori acted as his "sex party coordinator" who arranged orgies.

A "makeshift 'bedroom' was often required" by Kanye, according to the lawsuit, which would consist of "a mattress on the floor, pillows and a blanket in a private room or closet."

Another section of the lawsuit alleges that Kanye grabbed Pisciotta by the throat in front of his Bianca, whom he later married in December 2022.

The former personal assistant alleges he told her, "I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again."

Pisciotta claims Bianca watched on "unfazed" as she stood directly next to the pair.

Kanye denied the claims, with a rep claiming, "In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta."

Eight months on Kanye has not countersued and has not hired a lawyer to respond to her case having been accused by her legal team of evading the suit.

Pisciotta's counsel spent months trying to serve him after he moved to Japan and a court hearing has been pushed back until March 27.

Another ongoing court case involves a former Donda Academy employee who claimed that children were being abused at the school and that nothing was being done.

The employee was only identified as “John Doe" in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles in October last year.

Doe claimed in the suit that he raised concerns about how the school was being run.

The filing claims, "Almost immediately thereafter on the same day, Ye himself called Doe to yell, curse and threaten Doe with great bodily injury, including death, if Doe repeated what Doe learned from the Donda employee.

'TOXIC ENVIRONMENT'

"You're f***ing dead to me!" Kanye allegedly told Doe, before playing
"recordings of scary voices that were threatening to harm Doe."

Kanye is yet to hire legal representation for the suit but a rep for the star denied all of the claims.

Many other former staffers have spoken publicly of the alleged toxic working environment at Yeezy and complained they have not been paid for their work.

In a 2022 investigative report published by Rolling Stone, they claimed to have spoken to two dozen former Yeezy and Adidas staffers who claimed they experienced an abusive office culture.

They accused Kanye of playing pornography in meetings and even showing personal sex tapes to Yeezy team members after previously revealing he had a porn addiction.

He allegedly created a "toxic and chaotic environment" and "a very sick pattern of predacious behavior toward women" who worked under him as part of the Yeezy-Adidas partnership.

Kanye has never commented on the outlet's claims and continues to have a high staff turnover since Adidas cut ties in 2022 following his public outbursts about the Jewish community.

In response to multiple questions from Rolling Stone, a spokesperson for Adidas provided a brief statement saying that the company "will not discuss private conversations, details, or events that lead [sic] to our decision to terminate the Adidas Yeezy partnership and decline to comment on any related speculation."
