Outspoken Kanye West described himself as "the hands down greatest" as he opened up about his 11-year-old daughter North.

The 47-year-old rapper was the epitome of confidence as he bigged himself up in a podcast this week, days after his showy antics on the red carpet with wife Bianca Censori.

Kanye insists North, his eldest child, is going to follow in his footsteps - and become "the hands down greatest". The youngster has already been in music videos and films, including voicing Mini in Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie in 2023.

But Kanye believes her gift is "passed down" from him and her mum Kim Kardashian, whom Kanye divorced in 2022 after an eight-year marriage. Speaking on the latest episode of Justin Laboy's podcast The Download, the artist said: "'I'm just thinking about how her album is going to be insane and how everything that I learned that I could have it flow through her.

"[I want] her to become the greatest, the next frontier because we're like the Kings in Africa or something where it's just passed down. Like I'm the hands down greatest so she going to be the hands down greatest."

Kanye, often known as Ye or Yeezy, also told Justin about his love for Japan, a country he regularly frequents. The father of four said: "I love the temples. I love how people are with you, it's just really respectful... My wife said that in a past life I was a king, I was an emperor out here."

The rapper was referring to his latest wife Bianca, a 30-year-old model he married weeks after his divorce to Kim was finalised. The couple hit the headlines again this week when Bianca bared all for the cameras in what can only be described as a nude pose.

The daring model, who is from Melbourne, Australia, removed her fur coat to reveal she'd arrived at the Grammy Awards ceremony in a nude mesh dress without underwear.

And a body language expert said Kanye, a prominent figure in hip hop since 1996, gazed at Bianca as if she was his "professional achievement". Judi James also told the Mirror: "Kanye adopted a variety of poses here, some like a bodyguard, with his legs splayed and his hands folded in front of his torso; one that defined them as a couple, with his arm around her back and one where he retreated altogether to allow her the solo moment she might have craved, and there was one where he just gazed down at her as though she were a doll he'd brought along."
