Kate Middleton is known to be a fan of a particular superfood that offers numerous health benefits. According to Prince Harry's memoir Spare, the Princess of Wales has a fondness for avocados, which he claims makes her skin glow.
This shouldn't come as a surprise, given that avocados are rich in nutrients, healthy fats, protein, and vitamins and minerals. In fact, the princess's love for avocados was first hinted at in 2017, when her husband, Prince William, was given one as a gift while on royal duties, with the expectation that Catherine would appreciate it.
At the time, Prince William expressed his gratitude, saying: "I've never been given an avocado before. That's really sweet of you. Catherine will love the avocado."
Avocados have been shown to have potential health benefits, including reducing 'bad' cholesterol and boosting 'good' cholesterol levels, although further research is needed to confirm this. Additionally, they may help lower the risk of heart disease.
