Former glamour model Katie Price buried her head as she was slapped with a parking ticket just a day after she hit back at claims she was misusing son Harvey Price's blue badge

Katie Price has been handed a parking ticket just a day after claims she "misused" a blue disabled parking badge.

The former glamour model, 46, is currently appearing in a pantomime production of Cinderella at Northwich Memorial Court alongside her pal Kerry Katona. Earlier this week, Katie was seen arriving at the venue with her partner JJ Slater, 32, and risked a £1,000 fine by displaying a blue disabled badge despite son Harvey Price reportedly not being in attendance.

Just a day on from the incident, Katie arrived to the venue by car again and was slapped with a yellow parking fine. A ticket officer could be seen placing the fine on her windscreen. Katie, who kept her head down and covered with a pink fluffy coat, appeared glum as she walked over to her car.

She wore a black Miss Dior jogging bottoms and sweatshirt set and held onto a Prada bag. The mum-of-five had on a pair of beige mules as she headed to her vehicle and appeared to be holding onto a vape. Just a day before her parking fine, Katie reportedly used her son Harvey's blue badge without him being there and put on the wrong arrival time.

Harvey, who has been diagnosed with several conditions including Prader–Willi syndrome, was not with his famous mum and her boyfriend JJ. The Government website states that it's a criminal offence in England to "misuse" the badge, adding that doing so "could lead to a £1,000 fine and confiscation of the badge".

The guidance states: "This includes people other than the badge holder taking advantage of the parking concessions provided under the scheme." Katie is also said to have parked the car on the pavement, subsequently blocking the walkway. However, Katie hit out at the claims and insisted she did nothing wrong.

Addressing her Instagram fans, she said: "Just for the record, there's paparazzi outside the theatre every morning trying to get pictures. And because I've got Harvey with me, yes, he has disabled badges, and we drop him off around the corner and then drive by the back door so we can get some privacy for him and us going in and out.

"And because the paps aren't getting their shots, they've gone to the papers saying we're using the car and using disabled badges... but yeah, course, because we're with Harvey and Harvey's up here. So get over yourselves. You're not getting a picture. Jog on!" Harvey joined Katie on stage at the pantomime production earlier this week ahead of the final performance on Tuesday.

Footage shared on social media showed him enjoying a dance on stage to Wizzard's I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday, with Harvey seen clapping his hands and dancing alongside the rest of the cast in the recent clip. Katie and Harvey spent their Christmas with her pantomime co-star Kerry Katona and her children.

She sparked concern for her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ after they spent the big day apart. However, Katie made sure to show off her present haul from her man despite spending time apart.
