KATIE Price has been caught vaping on a train in front of fuming passengers - before admitting "it's not the first time" to pals.
Mum-of-five Katie, 46, was spotted vaping on a Southern train as it pulled into Haywards Heath in West Sussex.
A fellow passenger said: "I was on the train and recognised Katie immediately with her distinctive voice and look.
"But I was shocked to see her vaping, considering it is banned. The rules are there for a reason.
"It is common courtesy for the other passengers, which she clearly did not worry about.
"What made it worse is that she was speaking to someone about how she had already been caught doing it before."
Most UK train lines including Southern Rail ban e-cigarettes on their trains, even though vaping is legal.
On its website, Southern says: "We have a no smoking policy regardless of the type of device.
"We don’t allow e-cigarettes on our stations or on our trains because they can make other passengers feel uncomfortable.
"They can also lead people to think that smoking cigarettes, cigars or pipes is allowed."
Katie's representatives have been contacted for comment.
Last year Katie revealed she is addicted to vaping - claiming it made one of her teeth fall out.
Former glamour model Katie said she was determined to stop and claimed she only does it because it "smells nice".
Speaking on her podcast, she said: "I am going to stop it because I don’t know why I do it.
"It’s this new social thing where everyone vapes. I don’t normally like to be a follower, I am usually a leader.
"Do you know what it is, they smell nice. I like the way it just comes out.
"If you take it in and swirl your tongue around you really get the taste."
She added: "Sorry everyone if I have insulted you by vaping, you know my tooth came out.
"I swear it is the vape because I put it here, it’s on the tooth that came out. So I wonder if that is what made my tooth fall out."
Katie, 45, risked being fined £5,000 after she vaped backstage at panto before Christmas last year.
She was live on TikTok giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her dressing room as daughter Bunny held her phone.
However, as production put the finishing touches to her outfit she took out her vape.
Stunned Katie then realised she had been caught and quickly put away the e-cigarette before turning her head and exhaling.
Smoking or vaping in 'music and sports venues' is illegal and can result in fines of up to £5,000.
