Khloe Kardashian is putting herself first, and for now, that means putting romance on hold.

In a rare update on her dating life, the reality star opened up about her journey since her split from Tristan Thompson. While the couple, who share two children — True, 6, and Tatum, 2 — have maintained a strong co-parenting relationship, Kardashian revealed on the Wednesday, January 22 episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast that she has no interest in dating.

"I've chosen not to — because I genuinely don't want to — I'm not dating," Kardashian told her guest, Jay Shetty. "My relationship with my kids just is everything to me."

The 40-year-old emphasized her current priority is nurturing her relationship with her children. "Where I am in my life right now, I just really want to nurture this love," she said, adding that she is content with her life and doesn't want any distractions.

Kardashian also made it clear that while she's not actively looking for a new relationship, she remains open to the possibility. "If I meet someone in two months, two years, and I fall in love — great," she explained. "But I'm not actively on the dating scene searching for someone and I'm so happy."

The Good American founder also opened up about her divorce from Lamar Odom, admitting that it was "a lot harder" for her than her split from Thompson, 33. "With my first husband, I was younger and I think that was a lot harder for me."

While the breakup was difficult, Kardashian doesn't view herself as a victim. Instead, she saw it as a chance to grow stronger. "I took it more like, 'Okay, that's another layer of armor that I'm putting on myself that I can get through anything,'" she shared. She also emphasized that while she doesn't let past baggage affect future relationships, she carries it with her as a reminder to recognize red flags.

And when it comes to her future partner, the mom-of-two stated that she's looking for someone who would be a positive influence on her family. "The right one that I would want to be around my children and around my family," she explained.
