Kim Zolciak Claims Kroy Biermann Threw Her Off A Ladder -- But Kids Tell Cops A Different Story!

3 weeks ago 2

Cops were called to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s house again, and this time the kids were involved!

TMZ got a hold of a new incident report from the Milton Police Department on Tuesday, which reveals authorities were sent to the estranged couple’s Georgia home last Wednesday — the day before Thanksgiving.

It’s unclear who made the call to police, but they were sent to the home for a domestic violence incident. Once there, Kim told them she got into an argument with Kroy while taking down curtains in the house. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum argued her husband was the aggressor in the situation. While she was on the ladder, she claims he got confrontational with her and ended up grabbing her and throwing her to the ground. Yikes!

The reality star insisted she’d been hurt during the incident, but she refused to show cops any evidence of her injuries. Hmm.

On the other hand, Kroy claims that’s not what really happened. He said Kim attacked him from behind and hit him in the face during the confrontation. There were at least two children home who witnessed the drama — and they both shared their side of the story with police, too. The couple shares kids KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.

An unnamed daughter told cops that Kim fell from the ladder during a disagreement with Kroy. The child noted that Kroy was the one who was initially taking down the curtains, but Kim got upset. She then got on the ladder and began removing them herself before eventually falling on top of Kroy. When asked, the kiddo also confirmed that her father had spoken to her and encouraged her to be honest with law enforcement. She denied being instructed on what to say.

Meanwhile, one of the couple’s sons said he was in the basement when he heard the argument start to take place. He came running upstairs and interrupted the ordeal. He did not see Kroy pull Kim from the ladder. Because of all the contradicting statements, officers could not determine who the “primary aggressor” was and no arrests were made. They did, however, encourage the co-parents to stay away from each other, but neither Kim nor Kroy were willing to leave the house.

Interestingly, as TMZ previously reported, this all went down on the same day a moving van was seen outside the mansion, which went up for auction this Tuesday. Both she and Kroy were reportedly moving to different rental homes nearby. According to Page Six, Kim was in the process of moving out amid the divorce ahead of the scheduled foreclosure.

We’re sure this ongoing family drama for a really tense Thanksgiving. It’s unfortunate stuff like this is happening in front of the kids. How stressful. Thoughts? Let us know (below).
