Kodak Black has revealed he’s relapsed. During a recent Instagram Live session, the “Super Gremlin” rapper addressed his series of troubling appearances online, which found him displaying erratic behavior. Black could be heard reading a fan comment, stating that they “love when Kodak sober.” The remark seemingly set off the rapper, prompting him to assert that he is “too young to die sober” and that he is, in fact, back using drugs.

“Bi**h, I ain’t sober. I look sober? I’m never sober, bi**h,” he replied. “For what? For what? Look at this money. Look at all this cash. Sober for what? I’m too young to die sober.” Black then hands the phone to an unnamed individual before hopping over a fence and heading to a car.

Kodak Black hasn’t appeared well in his last couple of public appearances. Fans grew concerned after the artist appeared on Kai Cenat‘s “Mafiathon 2” livestream, where Kodak hung out with the streamer. However, things took a grim turn as the 27-year-old began “tweaking” and, at one point, even taking an unnamed white substance. Black rambled through the video, incoherently speaking to Cenat’s chat, all while profusely sweating.

More recently, Wallo and Gillie had a heart-to-heart with Kodak Black about his drug use. A video showing the men talking with Black on the side of a road went viral, with Wallo pleading with the entertainer to recognize the responsibilities that come with his power and status.

“Look at me, man,” he told Yak. “Listen: You special. Don’t ever doubt yourself, and you got them babies counting on you. Now, there’s gonna be times where you gonna doubt yourself, you gonna be in pain, but them babies counting on you. You got to be here.”

“And I’m telling you that because a lot of people get around you and they see your success… A lot of people need you and they ‘yes man’ you. I ain’t here to ‘yes man’ you. You know me, every time we connect, you know I got love for you, not because I need you. I got love for you because you’re a young cat. And I was young. Gil was young. Live, live! And I’m telling you that because you see that love that that lady gave you? You see how you light up when I talk about your babies? Live. These people want to laugh, they want to joke, they want to criticize. They don’t know your pain. I don’t know your pain, but I know one thing. Them babies counting on you, your family counting on you, and you’re talented.”

It was July when Kodak Black seemed to be serious about getting sober. He stated that he was on a new journey to change his life and even vowed to stop performing “Super Gremlin” in order to achieve this. He explained that the song put him in a dark space and revealed that he actually is sober “for the most part.”

“I’m about to stop performing ‘Super Gremlin,’ period,” he said during a live stream. “I hate that lil’ sh*t. I’m sober for the most part and I say this, like, around my people them so they know… that [it’s] serious. I could talk about it now. You feel me? For the most part bro I be sober, brother.”
