Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari doubled down that Britney Spears – the princess of pop – was “a clone” on her podcast, Let’s Be Honest.
ICYMI … Last month, KCav used her platform to share that she ‘wholeheartedly‘ believes Britney was cloned. “I believe everything,” disclosed Kristin.
It’s Britney, b*tch:
The author of the New York Times bestselling autobiography, The Woman In Me, had her team reach out to Kristin’s people after her claim went viral. “I get a call from my publicist,” began Kristin.
“He calls me and he goes, ‘Guess who wants your phone number?’ And I go, ‘Who?’ Britney f*cking Spears!”
The Hills alum assured her audience she was a Britney fan before continuing to spread a conspiracy theory about the performer … who was drugged and held captive by her father, family, and staff during a thirteen-year-long conservatorship.
Kristin defended her statement. “My big thing was Kanye West I think is a clone, but I also said Britney is not Britney. So, Britney obviously caught wind of that.”
“My initial reaction was, I was scared. I’m not gonna lie. Like, they’re f*cking onto me. They did not like that podcast episode. Like, give her my number.” That’s when KCav and her publicist were put in a group text with Britney and her manager.
“Britney sent me a text. I’m not gonna read it. I would love to read it.” She continued to throw shade at the Toxic singer by criticizing her message. “It was a bit of a rollercoaster.”
Kristin reached out to Britney privately:
Patting herself on the back, Kristin announced, “I text her separately; I’m so nice.” According to the reality TV alum, she asked Britney if she wanted to hang out when she heads west from Nashville later this year.
“I’m like, ‘Hey. I’m hardly in L.A. anymore, but when I come in December, I’ll let you know.” Kristen’s message to Britney concluded, “We should hang out.’ And then she just never f–king responded.”
You want a Piece of Me Britney?
The Grammy-winning pop star’s lack of desire to hang out with the former reality star pushed Kristin over the edge.
She doubled down on her assertion that Britney isn’t really Britney. “Now I do think you’re a f*cking clone. I don’t think it’s you. I don’t want to hang out.”
The former Laguna Beach personality that she felt ‘Britney’ reaching out to her was an attempt to silence her. “To me now it’s all bullsh*t. Which I thought from the jump,” she gloated.
“This does not seem genuine to me. You just proved my point. You’re not trying to hang out. You’re trying to shut me the f–k up because I’m obviously onto something.”
