Larsa Younan (formerly Pippen) reveals she's pursuing "the one" after breaking up with Marcus Jordan and thus ending rumors of their engagement, as the Real Housewives of Miami star spoke about protecting her own mental health and peace of mind.
Younan is known for her marriage to the Chicago Bulls' legend, Scottie Pippen from 1997-2021, who she had four children with but she also started a second family with Jordan in 2022 and things seemed to be going well until February 2024.
The pair were talking about getting engaged to each other but then things suddenly changed when she announced their split and later posted about protecting her own mental space, recommending young women to never give that up for men.
There was a brief hint that they might get back together but that turned out to be false and now they seem to have completely gone their separate ways. Jordan, an entrepreneur like his father, is reportedly dating someone else.
Whilst the 50-year-old is now looking for her next partner too, insisting that she wants this one to be for her to marry as she revealed her expectations in a Q/A on her own Instagram account.
When asked what she looks for in a man, Younan said, "Smart, cute, kind and funny", before she revealed she has left Jordan behind her by cryptically saying, "I don't harp on the past it's over. I live in the present."
Younan sets her targets for 2025
Now with two failed relationships in four years with Pippen and Jordan, Younan says she is shifting her attention to valuing what she's got around her instead of going hunting for something new.
That involves spending time with her parents and also with her kids, including Scotty Jr. who plays in the NBA for the Memphis Grizzlies as a point guard after leaving the Los Angeles Lakers in 2023.
"Getting in amazing shape," Younan said of her 2025 ambitions. "And spending time with loved ones.
"I'm not sure about forgetting anything from last year because even bad experiences are lessons."
