Laura Prepon‘s estranged husband Ben Foster revealed they split only days after their former friend Danny Masterson was sentenced to decades behind bars, In Touch can exclusively report.

In his divorce petition, Ben, 44, listed the date of marriage as May 25, 2018. He said the date of separation was September 9, 2023.

The date of the split is two days after Laura, 44, and Ben’s former friend was ordered to spend 30 years in prison for alleged sexual assaults.

Other outlets reported the separation date as September 9, 2024, but Ben’s paperwork lists the separation date as 2023 NOT 2024.
