FROM their brand new Miami mega-mansion to a lavish London townhouse, David and Victoria Beckham have built up a multi-million pound property empire of luxurious homes across the globe.
This week, The Sun revealed that Posh and Becks paid for their £55million Miami pad completely in cash.
But the waterfront villa purchased at the start of this month is just one of many properties owned by the couple around the world, worth a staggering £130million in total.
And incredibly, their latest purchase - which an insider describes as their “dream property” - isn’t even their only home in Miami.
The new base is only a short hop away from the Beckhams’ 10,000 sq ft five-bed 7-star hotel style penthouse, worth £18 million.
It’s little surprise that David, 49, is keen to get comfy in the Florida city, given the success of his MLS soccer team Inter Miami CF, which he took over in 2018.
The team is now worth a reported £803million, and - with the help of ex-Barca stars Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Jordi Alba - is set to compete in the FIFA Club World Cup next summer.
True to their globetrotting nature, the former footballer and popstar own a host of other luxurious mansions, villas, and apartments all around the world - and if land ever gets boring, there’s always the 90ft yacht.
Join us as we go through the keyhole and take a look inside what the couple have splashed their millions on…
Waterfront Miami mansion - £55.6million
The newest addition to the list, the Beckhams’ £55.6million Miami mansion is also their most expensive purchase to date - by quite some way.
Overlooking the serene Biscayne Bay in Florida, the 14,270 sq ft home built in 2018 has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a movie theatre, a spa, and a pool.
It also has a chef-grade kitchen, and another one al-fresco - because they don’t call it the Sunshine State for no reason.
A testament to their incredible wealth, Posh and Becks didn’t even need to get a mortgage to make the purchase.
They are basically royalty, after all.
And the couple clearly think the waterfront home was worth splashing out for.
Speaking to The Sun, an insider said: “David and Victoria are loaded but buying a £55.6million house with cash is impressive.
“They adore it and want to spend as much time there as possible - it’s their dream property and the culmination of all their hard work.”
Miami penthouse - £18million
Just a short hop from their new mega-mansion is the couple’s first Miami purchase, a 10,000 sq ft penthouse worth a cool £18million.
Travelling between the two shouldn’t be too difficult, thanks to the helipad on the roof - so let’s hope Prince William was able to give Becks a few tips from his air ambulance days, eh?
Located in the prestigious One Thousand Museum building, the five-bed apartment was designed to mirror a seven-star hotel, and boasts views over the Atlantic Ocean and city skyline.
Designed by the late British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid - of London Aquatic Centre fame - the swanky residence is complete with luxury rooftop pool, spa-style bathrooms, and seven toilets, so there’ll be no dashing from one side of the flat to the other in a hurry.
Meanwhile, the concierge desk on the ground floor looks like something straight out of a space station.
Communal areas are kept fresh with a “custom scenting”, while each apartment in the 700ft building comes with a complimentary “bank-quality vault”.
But don’t speculate too much over what the Beckhams might be storing in there, because it’s soon to be empty - the couple are thought to be selling the penthouse and make their new waterfront mansion their primary residence in the city.
Cotswolds farmhouse - £6.15million
Fancying a brand new country retreat, the Beckhams spent £6.15million on a rustic Grade II-listed converted farmhouse back in December 2016.
Nestled deep in the Cotswolds, the couple splashed out to modify it to their tastes - even recruiting three-time Chelsea Flower Show winner Marcus Barnett to transform the grounds around into a “fairytale garden”, complete with its own lake.
With giant chandeliers and a roaring fireplace, plus pergola and orchard, it’s quite the country manor - and it’s also where the family chose to isolate themselves during the pandemic.
But thanks to a plunge pool, football pitch, traditional Estonian sauna, and tennis courts, it was certainly a step up from most people’s Covid experience.
The sprawling interior also featured plenty on the Beckhams' Netflix documentary, and also plays host to the couple’s famous parties - including their now-traditional fireworks do on New Year’s Eve.
London townhouse - £31million
If the Beckhams ever fancy swapping the quiet country life for the city, then you’ll probably find them living it up in their swish seven-bed mansion London’s exclusive neighbourhood of Holland Park.
Bought back in 2013 for a cheeky £31.5million, us commoners have been afforded plenty of glimpses into its luxurious interior thanks to the couple’s love of social media.
Always particular when it comes to taste, no expense was spared by David and Victoria on doing it up before they moved in, splashing out an estimated £8million with the help of interior designer Rose Uniacke - known as the “Queen of Serene”.
And serene it is - complete with palatial marbled hallway, grand staircase, and a plush kitchen where Goldenballs loves to show off his cooking skills.
But that’s not all.
Thanks to two dressing rooms and a catwalk-style runway, the West London townhouse is the perfect playground for Posh to run her fashion empire.
The four-story property also features a gym, spa, wine cellar, and nail salon, while the couple’s four kids all have their own bedroom and a small sitting room - each.
It’s not all happy days in the London pad however - only a couple of years ago part of the house had to be cordoned off over fear of collapse, while the home’s Grade II listing meant repairs had to go through a lengthy planning process to preserve its original features.
And things are set to get noisy when Posh and Becks' neighbours start renovations on their own five-story home.
Dubai apartment - £4million
Playground to the mega-rich and mega-famous, it’ll come as no surprise that the Beckhams have a place out in the desert oasis of Dubai - and yes, their apartment is in the world’s tallest building.
David spent around £4million on the property back in 2009, and according to reports still owns it.
But unlike their other homes, the couple have been coy when it comes to sharing pics of the inside.
Given it’s Dubai, however, we can be pretty safe to assume it lives up to their usual luxurious tastes.
Pictures of other apartments for sale in the 828 metre-tall tower reveal sumptuous views of the Persian Gulf framed by giant walls of curved glass and plush living rooms, while residents also have access to a four-story wellness club, library, and cigar lounge, all at the push of an elevator button.
Dubai villa - £8million
Ever the fans of doubling up when it comes to property, the Beckhams also bought a palatial Italian-style villa in the city back in 2002, before graciously gifting it to Victoria’s parents Tony and Jackie in 2008.
Located on the famous Palm Jumeirah - a set of artificial islands built in the shape of a palm tree - it cost Becks a mere £1.3million back when he bought it, though by 2008 its value had risen to £8million.
Featuring an enormous pool overlooked by palms and Roman-style arches, the family still enjoy plenty of holidays at the property, and certainly make the most of its luxurious amenities - though like their other Dubai property, they rarely show it off on social media.
However, in 2020 Victoria offered a glimpse of the villa with a throwback post on Instagram for Father’s Day that showed the whole family relaxing by the poolside - complete with inflatable unicorn.
Bespoke yacht - £5million
We’re all thinking it - what’s the point of owning homes swish coastal cities like Miami and Dubai without a yacht to park outside?
Well, Beckham thought the same - which is why he splurged £5million on his very own 93.5ft super yacht back in 2021, naming it Seven in homage to the shirt he wore throughout his footballing career.
David and Victoria are said to have been inspired to make the purchase after spending the summer hols on board Elton John and David Furnish’s boat back in 2019, where the family enjoyed a trip with the music legend (and godfather to Brooklyn and Romeo) off the coast of Italy.
