Liam Payne’s family pay tribute after his death
A man who has been accused of selling One Direction star Liam Payne drugs before his sudden death has been arrested. A judge had ordered Braian Nahuel Paiz’s remand in prison after charging him with supplying the singer with drugs a week ago.
Judge Laura Bruniard had given him 24 hours to hand himself in so he could be sent to jail. However, reports claim that the arrest didn't take place until today after police went to his home at Ingeniero Budge on the outskirts of Buenos Aires.
Mr Paiz's lawyer Fernando Madeo confirmed, saying: "His arrest was ordered by the judge on Friday and he is now in custody. I'm trying to get further details as we speak," according to MailOnline.
Paiz was one of five men charged by a Buenos Aires judge last Friday following former One Direction singer Liam's October 16 death at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel.
Liam's friend Rogelio 'Roger' Nores, who admits leaving the singer at the hotel hours before he died but denies being responsible what happens, is reported to have been charged with negligent homicide.

The property of waiter Braian Paiz, who admitted to taking drugs with Liam, and CasaSur Palermo Hotel employee Ezequiel Pereyra were seized for 5 million pesos (£195,000).
Paiz was then also charged with supplying narcotics for payment and Pereyra with supplying drugs. The outlet also claims that hotel managers Gilda Martin and Esteban Grassi were charged with manslaughter following Liam's tragic death.
The National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office revealed "alcohol, cocaine and prescription antidepressants" were present in the pop star's body, last month.
Their report also dismissed the possibility of suicide, stating that “in the state he was in, he did not know what he was doing and could not understand it".

It added that the singer “did not adopt a reflexive posture to protect himself in the fall, so that, for the moment, it can be inferred that he may have fallen in a state of semi- or total unconsciousness."
Investigators have concluded that Liam was not fully conscious or was “in a state of noticeable decrease or abolition of consciousness” when he fell, ruling out any possibility of a conscious or voluntary act on his part.
The investigators stated: “For the prosecution, this situation would also rule out the possibility of a conscious or voluntary act on the part of the victim since, in the state he was in, he did not know what he was doing and could not understand it.”
